• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Accept that we may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
• Understand that order confirmation does not guarantee availability

4. Delivery and Returns

4.1 Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Quality Guarantee

As we deal with fresh fishery products, we guarantee:

• Products are sourced fresh from verified fishermen
• Proper handling and storage during transit
• Delivery in hygienic, food-grade packaging

4.3 Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for:

• Products that are damaged or spoiled upon delivery
• Incorrect products delivered
• Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of return approval.

5. Fishermen and Store Partners

5.1 Partnership Terms

Fishermen and stores registered on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain quality and food safety standards
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions

5.2 Commission and Fees

Platform fees and commission structures will be communicated separately to partners and may be updated with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EatFish or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EatFish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EatFish, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
